Contact info@northfinsoft.com with your device model, game version and a short description of the issue. Never include payment passwords or card details.
Playing with a friend
Use one phone with Pass & Play, or connect both phones to the same trusted Wi-Fi. For two-phone play, one player creates a room and the other joins it. Allow local network access when requested. Guest Wi-Fi may isolate devices and prevent discovery.
Saved progress
Progress is stored on your device. Removing app data can remove your saved games and puzzle progress. System backup settings may restore a copy.
Purchases
The first Android and iOS App Store releases have no in-app purchases, paid ad removal or purchase restoration. Contact us if you need help identifying the features available in your version.
Privacy
Read our privacy policy in English, Türkçe, Deutsch or Français. It is also available offline inside the game’s Settings.
